This includes the Nashville coaching retreat for Women Physicians from October 24-26, 2025 as well as the virtual coaching sessions in September and October.
For the first 2 women that register for whole package, your $3999 registration will include BOTH the in-person Nashville coaching retreat as well as the virtual coaching sessions in September and October. We are working on accreditation for up to 30 hours of CME (10 for retreat and 20 for virtual coaching sessions).
Minimum we need 6 women physicians to be able to hold the retreat.
Nashville Coaching Retreat
October 24-26, 2025
Come join us for camaraderie with your sisters and colleagues to remember you are not alone in caring, crafting, music, hiking and relaxation! Yoga, meditation, and breath work with coach, yoga instructor, and orthopedic surgeon, the incredibly talented Dr. Jennifer Swaringen.
Registration includes all meals, activities, coaching, and special events from Friday 4pm to Sunday 10am.
Does not include room but I will email you a link for a discounted room block rate at the Vanderbilt Marriott.
RETREAT REGISTRATION ALONE
Retreat registration alone is $1499. We are working on accreditation for up to 10 hours of CME for the retreat weekend.
Can’t Join For The Conference? But I still want to do virtual.
Can’t join us for the coaching retreat but want to still get the benefit of the coaching group and learning together?
Join us in September and October (September 8 through October 24, 2025) virtually to work on learning together. Times to be decided by the group and what works for them with the recurring options (example timings below). This will include group weekly sessions that are recorded as well as small group sessions (unrecorded). Don’t worry if you cannot attend each and every session as the big group sessions will be recorded and accessible for you later if you choose. We are working on accreditation for up to 20 hours of CME for the virtual coaching sessons. Need minimum 6 women physicians to hold virtual portion.

Virtual coaching pricing (max 12 people) is $3999 for November and December.
