This complete package includes the Nashville coaching retreat for Women Physicians from October 24-26, 2025 which will be a culmination and celebration of you and all my favorite parts of Nashville as well as the seven weeks of virtual coaching sessions from September 8 - October 24. You will have access to the zoom virtual recordings until December.
$4500 total for the whole package - virtual coaching and live in-person retreat. Simple Education, LLC designates this entire activity for a maximum of 30 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.
Minimum we need 4 women physicians to be able to conduct the program.
Nashville Coaching Retreat
October 24-26, 2025
Come join us for camaraderie with your sisters and colleagues to remember you are not alone in caring, crafting, music, hiking and relaxation! Yoga, meditation, and breath work with coach, yoga instructor, and orthopedic surgeon, the incredibly talented Dr. Jennifer Swaringen.
Registration includes all meals, activities, coaching, and special events from Friday 4pm to Sunday 12pm. Does not include room but I will email you a link for a discounted room block rate at the Vanderbilt Marriott.
RETREAT REGISTRATION ALONE
Retreat only is an option only for those who have done coaching through the Life Coach School before and understand these concepts. This will be by application and acceptance only.
Retreat registration alone is $1500. . Simple Education, LLC designates this retreat activity alone for a maximum of 9 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits for physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in this activity.
Virtual coaching alone pricing is $4000 for September and October. (max 12 people)

Can’t Join For The Retreat? But I still want to do virtual.
Can’t join us for the coaching retreat the last weekend of October 2025 in Nashville but want to still get the benefit of the coaching group and learning together?
Join us from September 8 through October 24, 2025 virtually to work on learning coaching concepts and how to use the thought model to improve your life. Times to be decided by the group with the recurring options (example timings below). This will include two group weekly sessions (three hours total weekly of coaching with a 2hr session and a 1hr session each week) that are also recorded to be able to reference later if you choose until December. Need minimum 4 women physicians to hold virtual portion.
