Any interested adult can attend.  Women, their partners and friends and adult age family.  This is not designed for young children, so we recommend you plan to attend with only adults from your group.  If you choose to organize a group for women physicians, we can do a women physician only group. 

This is why we strongly recommend everyone also obtains their own travel insurance.  If anything occurs, unforeseen or otherwise, then this way you have coverage.  Some commonly used travel insurance companies are Travelguard and Allianz, but we recommend you do your own research to see what works best for you and your family.  Some participants also opt for MedJet, medical evacuation coverage.  You are also responsible for your own flights.

There are options to continue as a group and for individual attention after your retreat to be able to continue to reevaluate the progress being made towards individual goals.  The group has ongoing lectures and learning that occurs and a safe space created to be able to share and ask questions.

Yes, but I no longer create the groups.  You will need to come to me with a group of minimum 4 and maximum 12 women physicians for us to proceed with group coaching.  I find group coaching to be invaluable because it also creates a lasting community, but individual coaching is readily available as well.

Yes I can do them virtually quite easily, whereas in-person presentations require more coordination, effort, and cost.  Please inquire regarding what you have in mind.

We do not provide… There may be conditions or situations that are better served by another specialist. We will work hard to facilitate that connection for you.
