The TRAVEL AS MEDICINE GIFT
Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR BE SELECTED.
1. Sponsor
The Travel as Medicine Gift (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Golden Leaf Community / [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], whose principal business address is:
PO Box 331 Brentwood, TN 37027 (“Sponsor”).
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at [TIME] Central Time on [DATE] and ends at [TIME] Central Time on [DATE].
Applications received after the closing time will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least [AGE] years old at the time of entry and who are legally and practically able to travel to Spain and participate in the retreat from November 10–14, 2026.
Entrants must be able to satisfy all applicable passport, visa, travel and entry requirements for Spain.
Employees, contractors, immediate family members and members of the households of Sponsor and its participating retreat partners, tour operators, venues and vendors are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official application at: Giveaway: Travel As Medicine 2026 during the Promotion Period.
One application per person.
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or to be selected.
Following Golden Leaf Community on social media is not required.
Purchasing a retreat, coaching service, course, product or other offering does not increase an entrant's likelihood of being selected.
5. Nature of the Promotion
This is a judged promotional contest.
It is not a random drawing or sweepstakes.
One recipient will be selected based upon the published judging criteria.
6. Judging Criteria
Eligible applications will be evaluated according to:
Authenticity and thoughtfulness of responses — 30%
Connection to the philosophy and purpose of Travel as Medicine — 25%
Potential for the experience to be particularly meaningful to the applicant at this point in her life — 25%
Openness to curiosity, connection, learning, reflection and exploration — 20%
The Sponsor may appoint one or more judges.
The judges' decision will be final, subject to applicable law.
7. Prize
One (1) recipient will receive one complimentary participant place at Travel as Medicine: Spain, taking place November 10–14, 2026.
Approximate retail value: $6,500.
The prize includes the components of the standard retreat participant package specifically identified by Sponsor as included.
The prize does not include airfare to or from Spain, passport or visa expenses, travel insurance, medical expenses, personal purchases, optional activities not included in the standard retreat itinerary, additional nights, upgrades, personal incidentals, or other expenses specifically excluded in the prize description.
The prize is non-transferable and has no cash redemption value.
8. Travel Requirements
The recipient is responsible for obtaining all documents necessary for international travel and entry into Spain.
The recipient is responsible for determining whether she is physically, financially and otherwise able to participate in the retreat and travel safely.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The recipient must execute the participant agreement, liability waiver, health and safety acknowledgments and any other documents required of retreat participants before attending.
The complimentary nature of the prize does not exempt the recipient from any requirements applicable to other retreat participants.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
The recipient will be selected following the close of the Promotion.
The potential recipient will be notified by email at the address provided on the application.
The potential recipient must respond within 72 hours of notification.
If the potential recipient cannot be reached, declines the prize, fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, cannot attend November 10–14, 2026, or fails to complete required documentation, Sponsor may select an alternate eligible recipient.
10. Publicity
Sponsor will not make the recipient's name, photograph, testimonial or likeness part of the prize requirement without the recipient's separate consent where required by law.
Sponsor may announce the recipient's name after acceptance of the prize, subject to applicable law and required consent.
11. Cancellation or Changes
Sponsor reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the retreat itinerary, venue, activities or schedule when circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control require such changes.
If the retreat must be cancelled or materially altered because of circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor will determine an appropriate remedy consistent with the retreat's participant terms and applicable law.
12. Personal Information
Information submitted by entrants will be used to administer the Promotion and for the purposes disclosed in the application.
Marketing communications will be provided only where the entrant separately opts in, subject to applicable law.
13. Instagram Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By participating, each entrant releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or related to the Promotion, to the extent permitted by law.
Entrants understand that they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
14. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who submits false or misleading information, interferes with the Promotion or judging process, violates these Official Rules, or engages in conduct that undermines the integrity of the Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion if circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control make doing so necessary.
15. Acceptance of Rules
Submission of an application constitutes acknowledgment that the entrant has read and agrees to these Official Rules.
