I currently am in full-time practice - Internal Medicine with cardio prevention through MDVIP who partners with the Cleveland heart clinic. I live in Nashville, Tennessee.I started in Coaching during the pandemic, and found it immensely helpful because of the support group created with a stellar group of women physicians that made me realize “I am not alone, It’s OK to expect and want more. I just need to decide what exactly I want to do, and go after it. I don’t have to be afraid of change.” I have done plenty of things harder than this next change. We have done freaking medical school and residency already. And if we can do that, we can do anything.

I have two girls and a husband that I adore. I love to hike and find myself in nature as much as I can and celebrate and honor it by turning fallen trees into wooden bowls with a lathe. You can see my work @goldenturns. I enjoy mehndi and crafting and Bollywood and Bharatanatyam and pretty much any dancing, so I don’t need coaxing to get out on the dance floor.

Our family experienced unexpected and untimely grief of young family members during the pandemic. It was disorienting and unfathomable, but also quickly puts into perspective what is really important.  This was a large part of my impetus. I knew not much can be harder than grief and unexpected young loss. I wanted to help others feel empowered to make their own significant changes earlier, even before they acutely realized what they may have feared was so small in the grand scheme of things. For when we believe in ourselves, we can become truly unstoppable.

I became certified by the Life Coach School in 2024 after seeing how much it had changed my life to be able to benefit from coaching and wanted to help others do the same. Hoping you’ll let me join you to guide on your journey and help support you to get where you really want to go.
