Hi! I’m Dr. Sonal Saraswat Gupta
I am from from Nashville, Tennessee and I am trained in internal medicine and practiced preventive adult medicine for more than 20 years. I added cardioprevention through lifestyle changes (affiliated with Cleveland Heart) as a focus in addition to practicing adult primary care after unexpectedly losing my baby brother during the pandemic. Overworked and overly stressed, he had widowmaker heart artery blockage. He was only 41 years old.

A Little More About Me
The Meaning Behind Goldenleaf
In Hindi, my name—Sonal—means Golden.
Goldenleaf Community was born under the umbrella of Goldentree LLC because of a philosophy I hold close to my heart. It is inspired by nature and the art of transformation:
Just as a tree gracefully sheds its old leaves to make room for vibrant new growth, we too are always capable of evolution.
To anchor this mission, I retired from full-time practice in February 2026 and became certified by the Life Coach School in 2024, blending my 20+ years of clinical expertise with evidence-informed coaching tools.
Let’s Journey Together
True healing happens not from a prescription block—but instead in a collective space where we are allowed to be vulnerable, real, and listen to our hearts and each other’s hearts. I find that so much of the noise in today's busy world, in the corner where we are familiar, is so loud that it is hard to hear our inner knowing.
The other thing that travel allows is a chance to slow down, quieten the noise, and listen closely. When was the last time you asked yourself what you really wanted? And what would you work on next if you knew you could not fail?
Let’s get quiet and listen and learn together. I would be deeply honored to walk beside you, support you, and help you get exactly where your heart truly wants to go.
